The Reward of Servant Leadership (Part 4)

Leaders who serve others are blessed with many rewards. When a leader serves the followers, peers, supervisors, clients and organization everyone wins. The rewards will come to a servant leader who has the mindset and actions of a servant leader.

Servant leaders sets the example for the entire organization. They are the role models of how to behave and act. If a leader chooses to be a servant leader the people will in turn serve the people around them. Which include the clients and potential clients. This will bring back clients to your service or product. Doing this will increase the profits of the organization which will benefit the leader and followers. The main point is that if the leader has people on their team who serves; it will benefit the client, followers, company, and leader.

Servant leaders are also people who leave this earth with a lasting legacy. People will remember a leader who has served them because it positively impacts them. If you want people to remember you long after you are gone then serve them. Let part of your leadership legacy be one that served others.
