The Mindset of Servant Leadership (Part 2)

Being a servant leader first starts with the leader having the mindset of serving. This starts with the leader's thoughts about others and serving. But having the mindset of leadership is hard because it is outward focused and people are naturally inward focused. But serving others can be adapted and  learned. This can be done by making a decision to direct your thoughts toward serving others. Directing your thoughts toward serving takes work but it's worth the effort.

The foundation of servant leadership is built with having the mindset of serving others. The actions and rewards are hard to accomplish without the leader having the thoughts and mindset of serving. The thoughts of a leader lead to their actions and in turn either their success or failure.
