I believe a great way to motivate and influence your people is by serving them. People look for leader's who will help them achieve personal and professional success. This can only be done if leader's have the heart and actions of serving others. Here are 6 principles of a servant leader,

Servant leader's don't expect recognition or a reward for serving.

Servant leader's serve their followers, peers, and supervisors.
