Leaders should always be reading, this is why I have disciplined myself to read on a daily basis. This discipline allows me to gain fresh material for my blog, leadership, and life. The past several books I have read have grown my leadership. I enjoyed reading these books and would encourage every leader to read these books.
This is full of great quotes and stories on leadership and mentorship. I gained new insights on what it means to be a mentor leader. This book inspired me even more to mentor the people I lead. After reading this book I walked away with several blog topics. This book definitely helped me grow my leadership.
