    So true! If someone needs a title to lead than they are not ready to be a leader.

    Loved what he had to say Dan. I was at a church that wanted to give me a title and when i said, "Just call me Bill" they balked. Here they prefer "Bill" and I am thrilled. I struggled with pride after a time. I don't need any help in that department. :) Thanks for this clip.
